The minimum withdrawal is RM 30. Daily maximum limits vary by VIP tier — starting from RM 5,000 for regular members up to RM 50,000 or more for the highest VIP members. Withdrawals exceeding the daily limit can be scheduled for the next business day.

A withdrawal may be rejected if: KYC is incomplete, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, your bank account details do not match the name on your keduritoto account, or there is suspicious activity that requires investigation. Withdrawals can be made to Malaysian bank account (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank and more), as well as e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay. The bank account holder name must match your keduritoto account name for security purposes.

Withdrawal requests currently with status Pending can be cancelled via the Transaction History section in your account. Once a withdrawal is in Processing, it can no longer be cancelled. Cancelled funds will be returned to your account balance immediately.

Bonuses & Promotions

New members are eligible to receive welcome bonus of up to RM 588 covering the first three deposits: 100% on the first deposit (up to RM 300), 50% on the second (up to RM 188), and 30% on the third (up to RM 100). Check the Promotions for the latest information.

Wagering requirements mean you need to place bets totalling a certain multiple of the bonus value before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus. Example: A RM 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to wager RM 1,000 before withdrawal is allowed. Each bonus has different wagering requirements — read them carefully before claiming.

Most keduritoto bonuses have validity period of 7 to 30 days from the date of claim, depending on the bonus type. Wagering requirements must be met within that period. Bonuses that expire before the requirements are fulfilled will be automatically forfeited.
